Les Andes is situated right in the heart of Val d'Isere, ideally
located for both the skiing (the Solaise Lift is 150m away) and
the towns' great shops and nightlife. With your own underground
car parking space and a free bus stop right outside, Les Andes is
the perfect base from which to enjoy Val.

Even though
Les Andes is centrally located in Val, the apartment itself
is very quiet as it faces north and west, away from the town
centre, and enjoys fantastic views which can be enjoyed from
the two balconies.
Inside, there
is a large lounge / diner with CD stereo system, colour TV
and Sky box (bring your own decoder card) and the kitchen
has been fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine,
cooker, microwave etc - everything you need when you just
can't face another night out!
With two tri-bunk
bedrooms, a double-bedded room and a comfortable, large double
sofa bed, Les Andes can sleep 6 / 8 guests in complete comfort.

Road access to the region is
very good. We have driven many times from Calais, and
using the pay roads it takes about 11hours, it is about
776 miles. The autoroute tolls cost about £40 each
way per vehicle. Fuel approx.£90 each way

The nearest international airport
is Chambery approx. 1.5 hr from Val. You can also fly
into Lyon or Geneva. Val d'Isere is approx. 2.5hrs from
either. There are bus tranfers from the airports to
the skiing resort Satobus from Lyon or Aeroski-bus from
Geneva.
There is a very good taxi
service in Val for 7 people from Lyon. Cost is £45
per person.
There are various companies flying into the three airports,
the two cheapest are often Buzz
and easyJet
For booking air travel we have recently used Expedia
and Last
Minute. Both can do flight searches from your nearest
airport..

train (TGV), the approx. cost £43.00
Bourg St Maurice is 71/2 hrs from Calais - change in Paris
- the approx. cost £66.
